Bruce Horowitz is the Founder and Lead Designer/'Landsculptor' of RIPE Landscapes
 
Bruce has been an eco-pioneer for two decades now! In addition to the credentials and extensive experience listed below, he has been a co-founder of North Bay Art and Revolution political theater troupe, the Biofuels Research Coop, The Cascadian Homesteaders Community Land Trust as well as many other endeavors, including teaching and organizing permaculture classes and courses at sites including Inspiration Farm, OUR Ecovillage and Buena Fortuna Gardens. With Tania Leilani Strebl, Bruce is the Co-Designer of Hawaiian Sanctuary Eco-Resort and Permaculture Education Center. (Bruce also designed the Laka Lounge Cafe at HS - pictured below). He has worked on several large international projects and is fluent in both French and Spanish.
